HOW I HELP

I help people feel better in their bodies, in their energy, and in their lives.

My work is not one-size-fits-all. Each session is guided by what your body needs that day, whether that’s physical relief, nervous system support, or a deeper sense of balance.

Many people come to massage because something in their body or nervous system feels out of balance.

Stress, physical strain, injury, and daily life can create patterns of tension that the body holds onto over time. My work focuses on helping the body release those patterns and return to a more balanced and regulated state.

Each session is individualized and guided by what your body seems to need most that day.

Nervous System Support

Modern life often keeps the body in a constant state of tension and alertness. Over time this can affect sleep, energy, mood, and overall wellbeing.

Massage and energy-based techniques can help the body shift out of that heightened stress response and into a more relaxed and balanced state.

Inflammation and tightness

Muscle dysfunction and restriction

Using an integrated approach, I combine:

Myofascial release

Cross-fiber friction

Lymphatic support

With just the right amount of pressure—never excessive, always effective.

Support Beyond the Session

I love connecting people with what they need in all areas of their life.

When appropriate, I may share trusted resources or recommendations that support your overall well-being because true healing often happens outside the treatment room, too.

What Clients Often Notice

reduced swelling or heaviness

improved circulation

a sense of physical lightness and ease

Intuitive Awareness and Energy Support

Over time, many clients also become aware that the body holds emotional experiences and stress patterns as well as physical tension.

During sessions, I often notice subtle patterns in how the body responds to touch and relaxation. These observations sometimes provide intuitive insights into areas where the body may be holding stress, tension, or emotional strain.

When appropriate, gentle energy-based techniques may be incorporated to support the body’s natural ability to rebalance and settle.

Healing Touch

Part of my training includes Healing Touch, an energy-based therapy developed by Janet Mentgen, a registered nurse who created the program to work alongside traditional Western medicine.

Mentgen spent many years working in clinical healthcare settings and developed Healing Touch as a way to support patients’ overall wellbeing while they were receiving medical care. Today it is practiced in hospitals, clinics, and wellness settings around the world as a complementary therapy.

After working in the long-term care field for more than three decades, it was important to me to study a modality that could support people from many different walks of life and belief systems. Healing Touch offered that balance — a respectful approach that focuses on relaxation, energetic balance, and supporting the body’s natural healing processes.

During sessions, energy-based techniques are gentle and calming. Many clients simply experience them as a deep sense of relaxation and settling in the body.

Energy work is always optional. If a client prefers that it not be included in their session, that is completely fine. Client comfort and trust are always my top priority.

Integrated Healing Sessions

For clients open to a deeper experience, I incorporate energy-based work to support:

Nervous system regulation

Emotional release

Overall energetic balance

For clients open to a deeper experience, I incorporate energy-based work to support:

Your comfort always comes first. if you prefer a purely physical session, that is always respected.

A Personalized Experience

No two sessions are the same.

I listen—to what you say, and to what your body communicates so we can create a session that truly helps you feel better, not just temporarily, but over time.
